DICOM is preferred for a full MRI review. After a $200 payment, drag in your MRI folder or ZIP; use a screen-recorded video only if DICOM is unavailable. Dr. Albert reviews your imaging and sends a personalized explanation video.

Spine symptoms and MRI findings do not always line up.

An MRI review puts education first: what is happening anatomically, whether it correlates with your pain, and whether endoscopic, motion-preserving, or nonoperative care is likely to help — before any commitment to surgery.

    DICOM preferred for a full review

    Drag and drop the MRI folder or upload a ZIP. DICOM preserves the complete study and image quality. If DICOM is unavailable, a video recording works as a backup.

    Physician review

    Dr. Albert personally reviews your imaging in detail.

  4. 04

    Clear explanation

    You receive a plain-language video review of relevant anatomy, key findings, how they relate to your symptoms, and reasonable next steps — including non-surgical options when appropriate. Imaging files are deleted after review.
